Our Australia trip

Fiona and George were married in Australia on 29th December 2007.

Having decided to make the most of the trip out there we left the UK at the end of November and stopped over in Hong Kong for 5 days. We arrived in Perth on 5th December and spent a week there which included celebrating my (Ian) 60th birthday and visiting Yanchep National Park and the Pinnacles. We then flew over to Cairns where we snorkelled on the Great Barrier Reef before flying down to Sydney, where we went to a Christmas concert in the Opera House. We flew back to Perth on 23rd December, for Christmas and left on Boxing day to drive down to Margaret River, which was where the wedding took place. We returned to Perth on New Year's Eve and spent a few more days there before flying to Singapore for 2 days as we headed back to the UK. We then flew on to Bangkok for 5 days and whilst there took a day trip to the Bridge on the River Kwai. We finally arrived home back in the UK on 13th January.
